It is because it is a key part of the Bute House Agreement that the Scottish Greens negotiated with the Scottish Government, that it is now a reality, says Maggie Chapman MSP.
Today, our Parliament has the opportunity to pass GRR and, in doing so, we can take a big step towards a fairer, more inclusive and more welcoming Scotland.
"All MSPs need to be very, very mindful of what it is that they are saying, what the impacts of their words may have, and of the consequences of getting this wrong", Maggie Chapman said.
