Zack Polanski: Scottish Greens can replace Labour

Green Party of England and Wales leader Zack Polanski has joined the campaign trail in Scotland, where he has said that the Scottish Greens can replace Labour.
Joining Scottish Green co-leaders Gillian Mackay and Ross Greer, Zack will be meeting members and the press.
Zack said:
"With Labour failing and disappointing people on so many levels, more and more people are looking to the Greens for the first time.
"We don't just want to beat Labour, we want to replace them and build the kind of fairer, greener country that Labour has long promised but will never deliver.
"Whether in Scotland, England or Wales, it is the Greens who are standing for hope and calling for the bold change that is needed.
"I hugely value our relationship with our sister party in Scotland and I’m glad to be up to support Ross, Gillian and the dozens of excellent Green candidates.
"When Greens succeed in Scotland it is a boost for Greens all across the UK. They have turned Green policies into action and shown the huge difference that Green voices can make."
Gillian said:
“We are delighted to have Zack joining us on the campaign trail. He is a fantastic and powerful voice for change and we are proud to have him in Scotland.
“Our movement is stronger when we stand together and when Green parties support each other.
“The Scottish Greens are picking up new supporters every day for our vision of a fairer, greener and independent Scotland.”
