We all love to see our favourite bands and football teams at Scotland’s National stadium.
But anyone who’s travelled to Hampden for a game or gig knows exactly how busy the roads and trains can get.
And anyone who lives in the shadow of the stadium knows just how many fans line our streets for stadium shows.
Parking is chaotic. And the traffic congestion blocks our roads.
We can do better for fans and the local community.
That’s why we’re calling on Scottish Football Association to work with the community to offer free dedicated bus travel to and from Hampden Park with every event or match day ticket.
We’ve already written to the SFA and key partners to call for action. We’re inviting the SFA, Glasgow City Council, First Bus, Police Scotland and the Community Council to get around the table and make this a reality.
But they’ll only do that if we stand together and make our voices heard.
That’s why we’re asking you to join our campaign today.
We want to make public transport free for fans, for a greener Glasgow, and a more liveable community in Mount Florida.
