Iain has been a member of the Green Party since 1983 as he felt that the environment was being misused and over all those years. Whilst some things have improved there is still a huge need for the Green Party to raise these issues at all levels.
Iain says:
"Over the years I have stood as a candidate for the Party at most levels, from Parliament to local councils. I was on the Party executive as treasurer during the time when we became an independent party here in Scotland and am extremely proud of what we did then and of how the Party has progressed since. Having taken early retirement, I am ready to get back into the fray to improve the lives of people in Fife, Scotland and the larger world. Let's think big!"
