Scottish Greens respond to indyref poll
Responding to the publication of a Panelbase poll showing 52% of definitive respondents support independence, Scottish Greens Co-Leader Patrick Harvie MSP said:
“It’s clear, as it has been for some time, that an increasing number of people have come to the conclusion that Scotland must take its place as an independent country. Scottish Greens will continue to make the case for an independent Scotland returning to our place at the heart of Europe. This poll leaves Scottish Labour looking a bit daft, coming just hours after Richard Leonard pronounced there was “no appetite” for independence.”
