Greens: SNP special pleading over cuts doesn't add up

Scottish Greens have criticised the SNP for misleading over budget cuts following claims, ahead of this week's UK Budget, from Scotland's finance secretary John Swinney that they have a clear alternative to the cuts agenda being driven by the UK coalition government.
