Fire-fighter Barry Martin | Statement
Following the tragic death of fire-fighter Barry Martin, Scottish Greens MSP Maggie Chapman said:
“There are no words adequate to fully express the sadness, shock and emotion that so many must be feeling at this terrible news.
“The bravery and professionalism of the fire service and other first responders in keeping us safe by putting themselves in harm’s way is a debt we can never repay.
“Our thoughts and condolences are very much with the family, friends and colleagues of Barry Martin and all of those involved at this difficult time.”
