David Shrigley backs the Greens

The Scottish Greens today revealed that Glasgow-based artist David Shrigley is backing the party in May's Scottish election, and he has also produced two t-shirt designs to promote the party.
David Shrigley said:
"I shall be voting for the Scottish Greens because the world we live on is being ruined and if we do nothing about it the shit is going to hit the fan and we will all die as a result.
"None of the other parties seem to seriously care about this impending catastrophe because they are a bunch of fork-tongued bastards who care more about obtaining or maintaining power for its own sake than they do about the future of the human race. I have met Patrick Harvie and he is a humble and honest man who is committed to saving the planet. He deserves our support."
Patrick Harvie said:
"It's very kind of David Shrigley to give the Greens two t-shirt designs to sell, not least because we only asked for one. I'm also delighted he's voting Green this year, and that he's not minced his words about why he's doing so, to say the least."
