Fabio has lived in the Forres area for over 34 years. He has always been an active member of the local community, running a successful small business employing local people for much of that time.
Following a change of direction, Fabio moved from the private sector to work in both the public and third (charitable) sectors. He currently manages an organisation helping communities to have a stronger voice in decision-making, and helping all sectors to work together for the benefit of the people of Moray.
As a volunteer, Fabio has helped to bring people together to set up and develop a range of successful community groups and projects, from community woodlands to a local community development trust.

“I love the strong community spirit I found in Moray, and particularly in Forres. I believe the best way to address the challenges and opportunities we face is to give more power and resources to local communities, and I intend to take that message to the heart of local government”.
