Vikki lives in Rosemarkie and works at New Start Highland in Inverness. She is involved with Rosemarkie Allotments & Gardens Society, Transition Black Isle, and is a member of the Fortrose & Rosemarkie Community Council. She has worked in the public sector and extensively in the third sector, including casework at the Citizens Advice Bureau and spending 3 years on the Isle of Rum working as a Community Development Officer. She is keen to see a more local democracy in the Highlands, with local communities empowered to make decisions on issues which affect them.
