On the 26th of January Andy spoke on behalf of the Green MSPs in the 'Improving Scotland's Planning' debate.

Andy said 'we support a third party right of appeal in order to equalise the power relationship in the planning process' and that the existence of any right of appeal is an anachronism hanging over from the 1947 Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act.
