Catching Up With Veronika Tudhope, Candidate for Central Ayrshire 2015

admin Mon 27 Apr, 2015

The campaign up until now has been as you would expect. Two leaders fighting for pole position with the hope of becoming the next Prime Minister, enough talk of tactical voting to make us all so confused that no-one knows what the outcome will be and the usual bickering that goes on between the parties throwing all they have at each other with the result of turning people off.

Tonight: Film Screening of 'A Dangerous Game'

admin Tue 24 Mar, 2015

A screening of the film ‘A Dangerous Game’ will take place in Ayr Town Hall this evening (Tuesday 24th March) a mere four days before the controversial subject of the film – Donald Trump – flies into town to reveal more about his plans for the Turnberry golf resort down the coast.

The film, described as ‘a funny, penetrating and timely film’ by film critic Alison Rowat, is the sequel to the highly successful documentary ‘You’ve Been Trumped’ which followed Trump as he battled locals to push through his plans for a luxury golf course in Aberdeenshire.
