January branch meeting with openDemocracy editor Adam Ramsay

D&A Greens got off to a flying start, hosting openDemocracy editor, investigative journalist and longstanding SGP activist Adam Ramsay to speak at our first branch meeting of the year. Adam spoke about his work investigating into the “dark money” networks that corrupt British politics and how to fight back with a strategy based on local action

Lorna Slater speaks to Dundee University Greens

Recently reformed Dundee University Greens held a Green New Deal event featuring a talk by SGP co-leader Lorna Slater – who delivered two gripping talks for the price of one, on her pioneering engineering work in tidal energy and an expedition to Antarctica where she and a group of women learned about climate leadership and about themselves amidst the beautiful but threatened wilderness.


February Branch Meeting and Workshop on Accessible Activism

Our February branch meeting will be held at Serendipities Café on Thursday 6th. We will kick off with a workshop on accessible activism by Dundee University Greens activist Stuart White.
